Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

In 2024 we established a Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion working group with Better Way members, and carried out a diversity survey of the network, and a self-assessment exercise.

This work was overseen by Alison Navarro, Better Way core group member, and facilitated and supported by expert consultant Ngozi Lyn Cole, provided by the Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales.

We received 169 responses to the survey, and the findings together with a summary of the self-assessment exercise can be found here.

The working group has drawn up a Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and action plan for the network and this was considered and endorsed by the Better way core group in June 2024.
